We see another circular mirror in this bathroom space, but it gives a totally different vibe (necessarily so!). Set atop a large, unframed square mirror, a metallic and textural circle frame visually delineates what is “the” mirror space here. Outside the circle, the mirror reflects light and shine, a beautiful touch with the vapor chair and that beautiful freestanding tub. (Oh, that tub!) I like how the mirror here is almost like a second window, what with the amount of lightness reflected.
If you think about it, large mirrors could be considered a waste of space, especially in a small bathroom. Adding a glass shelf across the bottom portion offers another spot to display a small item or two, or just a place to perch a few toiletries while getting ready. This is especially valuable if countertop space is at a premium. When empty, the shelf is merely a design element on the large expanse of the mirror’s surface. Among the different bathroom trends, this is one that could work in any style of space.
