This mirror does not have a frame, but it does some some metallic mounting hardware that allows you to fix it on the wall in the spot you choose. Its design is simple and contemporary, the only distinctive feature being the curved top that is further embellished by two carved lines. The glass used for making this mirror is pretty thick (0.18″), so it is quite heavy – make sure you fix it properly. It also has a double coated silver backing with seamed edges and that makes it even more beautiful. You can use it in any room , but it looks better in the bathroom, hallway or living room.
The shower toilet might be new for its technically sophisticated functions, but it’s also notable for its color: black. While colored fixtures have mainly been relegated to the past — goodbye avocado and pepto-pink — black is just as classic as white for bathroom fixtures. This multi-stage hygiene concept toilet is paired with a black sink and framed mirror. The look is a modern bathroom trend, with a classic twist of the black and white color palette.
Originally, the tiles used on the walls of the NY subway stations were white with a glossy glazed finish and thin grout lines and while the pattern and the overall style were preserved as such, there’s now a wide variety of colors to choose from. This shower, for instance, features dark green subway tiles which contrast with the wooden flooring and frame.
Bathrooms by their very nature typically involve a variety of shapes, what with the sink, tub, shower, toilet, and vanity. That’s why a large chunky circle mirror like this one might be a fantastic option – it ties in with the geometry and color scheme of the room (not to mention sophisticated style) while adding a nice contrast to the lines of the vanity and reflected shower. I like how a circular mirror breaks up the tall backsplash here as well. A fabulous statement piece, this.
